Place the thermoformed model on the separator, position the hook over the bar of the 3D model, pull the lever of the separator and the foil and model are separated. The standard adapter sets are also available for the pin over bar separator. In order to use the pin over bar effectively, the bar and resin must fulfil certain requirements.

How it works
1. Place the thermoformed model on the cover plate and position the hook over the bar by lifting the film.
2. Push the level to the stop towards the separator body.
3. Press the lever until the model is completely detached from the aligner.
